The holidays are here. And with them… repeated XXL meals.
We no longer eat out of hunger, but out of indulgence, tradition, social automatism. Rarely a cucumber consommé, let’s be honest — but rather Yule log cakes, cheese platters, meats in sauce, gratins, chocolates, and candied chestnuts.
