I left home on April 1st and was on the road until July 1st — three months of travel, no fixed base, moving through different countries, climates, and time zones.

Normally, travel ages you. Cosmic radiation on planes, jet lag, shorter nights, stress, eating out constantly, disrupted routines. Anyone who’s done a long trip knows the feeling of coming home more depleted than when they left. It’s practically a formula for accelerated aging, and most biohackers treat travel as a period to survive and recover from afterward.

So I made a bet with myself: what if I flipped that? What if, instead of treating travel as time to endure, I used it as a base to build something better than my baseline — not just avoid the damage, but come back healthier than I left? I wanted to know if the usual excuses (I’m traveling, I can’t control my food, I’m jet-lagged, there’s no gym) were actually true, or just convenient.
