I love sharing my journey in the world of biohacking, and coming back to LA is always a treat!

I’ve been a biohacker since 1998 — before the word even existed. Back then, taking 1g of vitamin C a day was considered dangerous for your kidneys and liver. 😄
The world has changed quite a bit since. And in the meantime, I’ve reversed several conditions and dramatically improved my biomarkers.
This time, I’ll be focusing on the power of mycotoxins — and how addressing them can truly transform your health. It remains a vastly overlooked field in biohacking, yet mycotoxins have a profound impact on longevity. I’ll be speaking at the conference on Saturday — but I’ll be around all weekend, so don’t hesitate to come say hello. I’m usually easy to spot: I’m the lady in red!
