saunas are short in duration, often followed by a cold shower or at least a colder temperature. The problem with heat waves is the duration, not the high heat in itself.

I did know about blood sugar as my CGM used to spike after the sauna. And last week I was at an outdoor event and my Oura said I’d experienced 3 hours of stress. I felt it! This is fascinating.
