This isn’t an easy exercise for someone like me, who takes more than 80 supplements a day… but for beginner biohackers and everyone else, here’s my Top 3!
We all have to start somewhere… The vast majority of people around me either take nothing at all, or (worse) a cheap, low-quality multivitamin, or maybe a little vitamin C here and there, “just in case.”
And so many of you ask me:
“If I could only take three supplements, which ones should I choose?”
Three is an absurdly small number when we’re talking about cellular optimization.
