You’re doing everything right… right?

You read labels.

You follow nutrition influencers.

You apply the official recommendations.

You eat clean.

You eat plant-based.

You eat superfoods.

But here’s the question almost nobody in the wellness industry ever asks:

At what dose?

With what preparation?

For which metabolic profile?

Because behind the rainbow marketing of “superfoods” lies a biochemical reality that colorful packaging carefully avoids mentioning:

many of these foods contain antinutrients.

And when consumed daily, without proper preparation, their impact on health deserves serious attention.
